Yep this academy gives a ridiculous advantage to the Academy teams.
The one plus i suppose is being able to turn your depth players third rounders into higher picks when bundled to an Academy team but even then it will go to the highest bidder.

Hopefully in time though the player strength is closer in all states so wa guys get more chance to play at home and the same with all states.
