Teams 2015 Your "finished" team

Team still not finished but is close to finished good enough?

My team is ok I guess, nothing amazing.

Hibberd, Yeo and Smith are all meh! Would love to upgrade them all.

Cripps and Wallis still need to be upgraded to Rocky and Lewis maybe?

Only 4 trades left though and $41k.

Don't feel so bad JM. I have only two trades remaining since going Oxley and TBC to Pendles (via Burgoyne dpp) and Daniel. Giving me:


If I make it to round 18, without any injuries or suspensions, then I'll use my spare 41k and trade one of Wallis or CEY to a M/F or F (via Steele dpp) to give my team greater flexibility.

I'm currently only just in the top 20k, whereas this time last yr I had more trades left and was sitting in the top 1k. Even with the big changes in rank I'm happier with how I've performed this season considering my horrible luck. Hopefully I can finish top 10k.

Also, hopefully Docherty and Bennell both play this week.

Happy with my defence, now that Ibbo's gained some good scoring form.
Dunno about Wallis, but with Rockliff coming back soon and the same price I'm pretty tempted to get him in
Main concern is Danyle Pearce, will probably go Boston -> Daniel next week, getting that DPP swing and will upgrade Pearce to hopefully Deledio or at least Wingard.
That'll leave me with 3 trades left for LTIs/suspensions

Bennell is too much of a risk now, move him back forward, you can get someone decent for 520.

Well, I guess this is my "finished team". Down to 3 trades now so will keep an eye on Ablett for when he bottoms out and see if he's gettable, otherwise I'm done.



Good coverage on all lines and some DPP options. A shame that I couldn't get a DEF/MID link in there but don't see it as a massive problem.

A lesson for next year for me is to probably not be so worried about trading rookies at their absolute max price, there's no harm in them dropping $5 or $10K here or there. Vandenburg, Lonie, Hogan and Krak have all screwed me in that regard.

The other is forget the mid-pricers unless you're dead sure ie. Higgins / Sandilands last year, Libba next year. 15 premo / 13 rookie / 2 mid-pricer set-up will be the way to go, methinks.

That's most likely, yeah. Worst comes to worst he holds for 3-4 weeks and becomes Sloane.

Hamling/Level with the loophole, yep. A 70 odd average from a D6 will do. Got me 2661 this week.

24 injuries this year has made me use a stack of trades, inc. Rocky and Sloane twice. Given the carnage, pretty happy if D6 is my only hole.

Fair enough. I got 2400 odd with my D6 scoring 104 so I can't really talk.

If Sheil is out for more than a week then this is my final side. Was hoping to replace Lever with a more primo guy but thought it was more important to get Ablett.
