My downhill slide has coincided with my children becoming teenagers, coincidence?? I think not !!

Do I need to go in and join the league now? What's the code?
Just getting people to commit first. The best 18 will go into one league, the rest will go into another. When I have 36 people I can split in half. Then we can set up the leagues.

Danoz are these leagues going to have games and finals like normal leagues are they just going to be the kind where we get ranked by total score? I think it would be more interesting if they were the normal sort provided of course you could still conveniently keep track of the weekly scores for the other competition being set up between the boards.

There's a link in my OP to Fitzey's post on the fantasy board. The league is being set up for a competition against other teams' boards. So what happens is this:
Each club board has 18 players. Each week, each player is ranked according to our own league. E.g. fabs33 ranked 3000 Danoz ranked 4000 etc. We are matched up against another team board, e.g. Lions player #1 ranked 2500, Lions player #2 ranked 5000. Each of our round scores is used as our score against the opposition.
fabs33 rank:3000 score:2200 v BL player #1 rank:2500 score 2150
Danoz rank:4000 score:2100 v BL player #2 rank5000 score 2000
So we get two wins. Whichever board has the most individual wins, wins the round. Then there's a ladder and fixtures and finals after.

Of course, we can still battle mano e mano on the AF site ;)
Danoz, I have not played AFL Fantasy for some years, but am happy to have a try if you want extra numbers.
Team would be called DeeJay GeeJay.
Do you know if we will be doing something similar with SuperCoach this year too?
Keep up the good work!
Hank93 has set up the SC stuff this year I think, he'll tag you in if there's more spots available. I'll tag you again if we need someone, but I'm not going to force anyone to play if they usually :thumbsu: Thanks for the reply mate.

Danoz, I probably could have posted my reply better. I would be keen to play AFL Fantasy with some fellow Crows supporters, but don't have any previous history to give you a past ranking. If you are OK with that being the case, please include me and I will start work on a team. Checked the SC thread and realised I hade already put my name down. Thanks!

Great, I'll add you in

Ahh this makes sense now, I've always devoted my attention to RDT as opposed to the non teaditional AFL fantasy so cannot provide scores from last year there...my 2014 one I can but did not put the effort into it like RDT. Have been an EDT member for 10 years now so can definitely play, best finish 168th overall with a fair few top 1000 finishes. But for this comp am happy to slot in wherever, here is my 2014 rank anyways as terrible as it is!
