and Port at AO. Could close single figs
Line was -11.5 before port lost to Carlton, is now -24.5, and is going to move back to single figures?

I think West Coast win comfortably this week. Pretty happy to take the -24.5 now but will wait in case there's more movement first.

I said could close single figures, not it will. Probably closes mid teens all things equal (no unexpected outs or whatever)

pretty confident it doesn't drift. Been far better at predicting line movements than picking winners this year hah

Dees line too high I reckon.. dont trust the dees to get over 120 and brisbane to get 80... also wiling to roll dice on the nice low total of 155.5 for freo richmond.. BOM FORECAST is
Perth area
Cloudy. Very high (90%) chance of showers. The chance of a thunderstorm during the morning. Winds northwesterly 25 to 35 km/h turning southwesterly during the morning.

but the days either side of that are fine, if the storm clears in morning... surely this total goes up if no rain during game>

I know i promised myself i wouldn't bet on collingwood again this season....but i think taking them at the +35 line this week is worth considering

2 months ago, almost the exact same side took on a full strength Geelong side at Skilled Stadium and beat them pretty convincingly in the preseason....I know its just the pre-season, so can't take much out of it...but still.

I'm definitely not saying collingwood will win, but something to think about.

If Collingwood get within 35 of Geelong I'll buy you 3 cartons of your favorite poison

Windguru (Leighton beach) is constantly changing what time the rain is going to fall with the most intensity.

NB: windguru (Leighton beach) was close to spot on when the rain would hit Perth during the Eagles v saints clash.

The forecast saying winds turning Sou west during the morning could hopefully lead to some rapid clearing by bounce down.

meh if they keep losing supposed 50/50 games I can. Eagles if they don't get their shit together outside WA.
north (ok yeh ridiculous and i'm half joking - would be impressive after 9-0 start but they have a shit draw after that and it'd be entertaining) or the dogs missing isn't inconceivable from here either.

*may be talking through my wallet on a few of these

I'm with the previous poster. Top 8 is Set!

WC will make it easy. Front runner at home and good % wins.

I remember a game when Essendon where at their top around baby bombers time I think. The Bulldogs went in to the game big underdogs against a rampaging offensive bomber outfit. The Dogs where aware that if they where to play an open game they would more likely get beat. They went in with tactics to close the game right up.Plenty of ball ups no space to the opposition and tackle ferociously. The end result was the Dogs winning the game and upsetting the Powerhouse. This game has gone down in history as a true memorable great. There's no sure thing in Footy
