Freo are going to be so pissed when they play us next week in Perth with Sandi back, after the beating they've copped from the Bullies.
That's what I was thinking too, but it makes me wonder whether that's the motivation the Suns need to overcome a rebounding Dockers group.

A confident Dockers is exactly what we want. Then we can ruin their premiership chances :p

Something interesting I've just noticed is that every 'away' team in round two is the clear favourite by the bookies - except us.

If we beat Freo, and all other favourites win their respective games, it'll mean that all home teams won round one and all away teams won round 2.

Quirky!

I went 9-0 in tipping picking all the "home" teams. This week I am going all "away". 18-0 BABY!!!!

I guess Keough's getting the upgrade? I don't see him playing for a while, but at least he'll keep Trent McKenzie on his feet.

I'd rather see Mcpherson promoted... he has got a bit of x factor about him, I reckon if he gets an opportunity he wont go missing but take the bull by the horns.. also he can release the likes of Martin, Matera and even Davis for midfield minutes to replace Swallow and Hallahan's position.. every single one of our backs are fit for better or worse...
Mcpherson also has a decent pedigree.
I reckon Willis is only one or two good Neafl games away from putting his hand up.. imagine him and Hall bursting out of the centre... I, for one, love the way we have drafted the last couple of years.. KK, touk, Saad, Ah Chee.. has anyone done better the last 3 years? I just wish we would have got Jake Kolo instead of Lemmens..

I hope we pick macpherson as well have enough third tall defenders as it is, same could be said for small forwards but could release Matera and Martin further up field to be more creative while macpherson creates forward pressure locking the ball in the 50 if he plays

Looks like Essendon are about to get their first win of the year... against Melbourne! Good news for us. Unless I've spoken too soon lol

I know its only been 2 rounds, but its funny that the 2 teams we traded our 'guns' to in the off-season and both were expected to come in and lead their teams deep into September are the 2 teams who are arguably in the worst form. Meanwhile were 2-0 without their presence around the club and were expected by many to drop without them. Funny how things turn out.

Again I know its early in the season. Im just pumped!

Rocket's made it crystal clear that reputations and names mean nothing to him.
