u think the draw would take a bit longer unless they already done 2 drafts one with kilmore and one with out
It really wouldn't be that hard for the league to do.
One draft and the second one they would just replace the bye.
Probably the hardest part for the league is trying to make everyone happy with the under 19s draw.

When there was a bye in 3rd Div it was a 16 games season over 19 weeks now it will be 18 games over 18 weeks so there will still be a bit to tinker with including any special games on Queens birthday weekend etc. Also 3rd Div might have to start 1 week before Div 2 and 1 to co-ordinate the finals starting dates.
Also I think the u/19 draw will come out in March due to the finalising the number of teams. We could even see a of split Div2 u/19s into Div 2 and 3 now Kilmore are in, depending on who's fielding teams.

the under 19s will be a bit harder as most but not all under 19 player tend to show up after Christmas so you really don't have a firm idea of numbers until mid feb in past and present experience
Great stuff. Out of curiosity, how many games of Div 3 did he play?
