Hickey was incredibly impressive, midfielder stats, HTA and moved really well.

So after months of head scratching, deliberation over thousands of beers, loss sleep, stress, loss of hair and sanity and general cursing the game that we all love, the rucks for me have now come right back round to where I started when SC opened.

Which leaves me with the one and only ruck question that ever actually needed answering.
Cover?
Ryder was F3/4 for ages and looks to have come good in a nic of time.
Priced below his expected and previous average he will be Ports main ruck and feature up forward for a rest and a few sausage rolls.
Nankervis. 60k cheaper than Ryder. This guy has played less games than Ryder has tonned up in a season.
Now Richmonds number 1 ruck and showing good signs in JLT is he flash in the pan and a trap. (remember this guy now plays for Richmond)
The 3rd option.

it wasnt that, it was that he was back to his best AROUND the ground.
much better than when Lobbe was in the side - the hitouts are the bonus. His work around the ground is what people are most interested in
