Generally the one with the best odds at the time that still has reasonable limits for me. That usually means one of Betfair and Ubet for all types, Bet Easy and Top Sport for racing only and Neds for Sport only.

The only betting company I really miss that limited me to metro limits only is B365.

Don't be afraid to spread your funds around.
