When gauging the response of opposition fans to our record breaking 100,000 plus membership it would be fair to say that none of them are really doing handstands. There is however one exception and that's our little friends at Moorabbin. Every second post in their membership thread resonates with excitement at our achievement and it's implications for St Kilda going forward, because yes you've guessed it they still think St Kilda has as many supporters as Richmond. So forget the Pies, the Bombers, the Eagles or the Crows it's the Saints we apparently have to worry about eg ' 90k members here we come!' Enjoy our time on the top fellas it aint gonna last :drunk:

Delusional campaigners, Saints will continue to remain irrelevant and achieve little else in the foreseeable future.

As delusional as the Saints supporters are, there is nothing wrong them pumping their team up. Saints fans less salty than other boards about the Tiger Army.

I used to think the Saints were a big club back in the Moorabbin days with Lockett, Lowe and Winmar running around but on reflection they never really pulled the monster crowds that we do. They just had a good thing going back then with a really atmospheric home ground that perfectly suited their fanbase. They pissed it away for Waverley and then the soulless shitihad where they just seem to be fading into mediocrity.

how the fuch can a club that has won 1 flag have as many fans as a club that has won more than 10 :drunk: and has always been one of the biggest clubs in the country

Just bumping this thread, I am a first year membership and I purchased a final 5 membership 2ish weeks ago and have today got my membership pack....although this doesn't have my membership card or number the only thing here is the 7 digit membership ID. Just wondering if its normal to get your card seperate to the pack or should I give the club a call?

Its also a reserved seat membership

Hard to say.
5 finals in 6 years with a flag and prelim in that time, the imminent signing of the hottest property in Lynch, big preseason with the usual media overload, massive r1 against the blooze, and if we get off to a big start I see no reason why we cannot back up the 100k or even better it.

The Pies are a 90k club at best. They haven't even cracked 80k yet.
