Mitch Robinson :poo::drunk:.
Hope he works out for you.
Had him before,we don't speak anymore.
there really isnt much else that appeals to me up forward so im prepared to take a punt.
loves a tackle, kicks the odd goal and is priced below his worth. that and hopefully he gets more responsibility in the midfield this year and doesnt get lumped with a negating role, although im pretty set on picking him even if his role doesnt change. provided he has a half decent JLT that is.

If he doesn't play that niggling/tagging role, great pick IMO. Trouble is, if they decide to try and shut someone out of the game, he might get used to do it.

Hey man, just your thoughts on why Burton will outscore Sicily in his new role?
You know Olango won't play don't you? :thumbsu:

In my opinion, Burton is a better player. Ceiling is almost as high as Sicily (in regards to point scoring ability) and he is much less likely to get suspended or score a 30.

I love Sicily, but he takes risks that aren’t necessary. Every time he takes an intercept mark (he’ll take a lot) there’s a good chance he’ll kick it straight back to the opposition. Not because he’s a shit kick, but because he loves to take a risk and play with flair.

Great for Hawthorn, but I suppose I’ll always take the more consistent player over the one that has the capacity to massively fluctuate week to week.

I don't like Lloyd as a pick but I like that back line. Johnson is a fair way down the track from playing as he has a groin injury.

The Oompa Loompa isn't worth a midfield spot in your team. He might run like him, but Dane Swan he is not.

Jacobs will finish 6-9 in terms of rucks, you need to do better.

Downgrade some of your top priced rookies to get another premium or two in.

Shhhh mate.

We both know Burton is the classiest/talented player on your list.

Little more risky with a few more mid pricers. If Ellis averages 80 I'll be stoked. Trying to find a way to get Lovell into Brayshaw. McLean and Walters have a super high ceiling this season imo so I'm happy to take the punt, maybe one of those becomes Devon Smith and the cash gets used on rookies. I know the rookies will probably change before round 1, but I'd be really nervous going in with those 3 tall rookies in defence. Generally the talks don't score well. I feel like Mihocek especially will only push his price above 200k

how does it look, rookies will definitely changeView attachment 464365
FWD is way too light... Some good value picks in fwd this year in Walters,Smith,Barlow and Christensen. i would pick 1 of Heeney and Buddy and try to get some other solid scorers in. way too risky startin 4 rookies up fwd.

MID has the big names which is good, but too much coin in the expensive rooks with 2 of them on the bench, and your FWd's are suffering.
I would downgrade Bont to Coniglio or even JOM and use the extra cash to upgrade FWD.

DEF has top priced guys...think you could save a little on one of them with a downgrade, and use the savings to upgrade O'shea. Def rookies looking slim, especially ones with good job security. not convinced yet on him..
IMO yo need 3-4 potential keepers to start in Def.

3 keepers missing in round 10
Gray only playing 8 of the first 10
do not like

balls of steel picking Delidio.

Yeah Deledio is out, loved him at that price as he had done me well a few years ago - but I'll wait and see how he goes first before pouncing. Using that cashmoney to upgrade Rockliff to Kelly.

i dont mind the Deledio pick. if he stays fit its a big win at that price but its a massive if.
if enough fwd rookies appear i'd look at downgrading Bundy instead and using that cash on Rocky.

Ive often wondered how much coin is too much left over. 250 seems even high for me.

Not planning on starting with $250k left over.

$50k is enough. $100k nearly too much.

Just need to give yourself some wiggle room in case one of your premos or mid pricers get a big injury early on.
