Bellis had a great PF

All I ask is that he repeats his good form in the Granny....as a parting gift to us all

I think he will. Was one of the initial triple h men and loves the club.

I love him too. Ive criticised him previously and somewhat justifiably but I’ll never forget what he did in the 2017 QF and he performed on GF day. He’ll want to leave on a high and no bridges burned

They just said on channel Ten something in the effect of "some of the more well connected GWS supporters passed the hat around and raised 30k to get tickets in the hands of more GWS members and to get them to the game on Saturday."

WTF?
And yet 8000 of their allocation came our way....o_O

True...remember him in his 2nd year...more than willing to sign whatever contract the club offered him saying....this club is going places

Never a truer word spoken

De Boer is relatively lightly built.
Won't last five seconds if he is crunched.
A lot of talk from media and supporters about the parasite (De Boer) handing Dusty his arse last time! I think if there is anyone that will have learnt from that experience, it's Dusty. Payback will be sweet imo. And I don't think Dimma and the other coaches are going to let it happen again either. They've seen what the parasite can do and they will plan accordingly. I think the parasite is going to take a lot of hits around the contest, Whitfield too if he's selected.
My only concern I see is midfield where Taranto and Hopper have been playing well and did so last time we played them too. Cannot let them win possession at will, need Cotchin to lift big time, and Prestia and Edwards to get the ball moving our way out of the clearances. A shame Jack Graham is going to miss as his hardness in and around the contest would have been awesome, up to young Jack Ross to hit and tackle like a man possessed, big ask for a youngster

“It’s GWS against the World” Bob Murphy

“I agree” Andrew Maher

Lmaooo these two.

“They’ve done it already” Bob on Richmond.

lmaoooooooo

#weareeveryonesgrandfinal

**** me drunk,we may never make a grand final for a long time,we have to win while we can, bugger all the violins played for the Giants.

Media make me sick.
how is it gws against the world ? its every man and his dog barracking for gws cos nobody else wants to see another richmond flag

Kevin sheedy and Wayne Campbell are making me sick supporting those scum they should be banished from all reunions

Lol i spoke to Campbell at the pre lim before the game at the Pullman in 2017 , he was dressed in his GWS polo shirt etc and he said he hoped Richmond won .

anyone familiar with standing room at the G?
got a ticket in SM11STAND and can't find anything about where it is or what the view will be like!
type in m11 last visible row which is HH and you will get a rough idea. You can look back and see the standing platform

is it though?

where is it written that its an illegal move?

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying players should do it, but where does it say in the rule book that those actions are illegal?

The only place it falls under is the unnecessary contact but this is also exactly why it is a stupid rule that is flawed.

Because where do you draw the line? Players play injured every game. Some goes out there with shoulder strapping to start the game, is he immune from being bumped and niggled? because that would be deemed unnecessary.

they need to be very careful how they play this rule as it isn't clear cut at all.
I also think people are misreading it horribly. Whatever the wording is, you're not allowed to make contact with an INJURED player, as in, a player that has just been injured, eg. A guy being assisted off the field, like when ****wit Tom Bugg bumped Riewoldt when he hurt his ankle and was with trainers.

If a player chooses to return to or stay on the field, he is just as fair game as anyone and the injury cannot be considered whatsoever.

If Pickett is unfazed by having a first game in a GF I would pick him , that’s all my main concern would be is whether the Occassion would get to him , coz the bloke can play well enough .

just tell him it's only Rd 20. the media doesnt get within our 4 walls so he won't know it's the gf unless we tell him

Conigilio said on the news, they will win it. I would be replaying that to the boys. Hey look boys cogs thinks it's in the bag lol.

Thanks cogs

Reminds me of Tex Walker when he was interviewed 2017 prelim post match.
"We're going to the grand final, and we're gonna win it"
Worked out well for the Crows and will work out well for the Giants.
