There is a chance he will go undrafted.

Remember there is quite a few medalists from state comps that don't get drafted.

He may get picked up as a delisted fa as he was delisted in 2018 and nominated for the draft but wasn't picked up.

I didn't realise you could still get picked up as a DFA 12 months after being delisted?

Is that true?

I think going back and being able to win a league medal at 22 is a fair effort and I would be very surprised if he isn't picked up with the amount of success we have seen lately with mature age recruits.

I think it's not DFA it's that supplemental selection period post-drafts like how Mumford and Z Clarke got back to footy this year. Effectively the same thing though

Thanks mate, that is handy to know.

If clubs are keen on him then he won't be in the draft if I'm reading that right.

I'll be very surprised if he isn't on an AFL list next year.

Partington was pretty damaging for Glenelg this year. He stepped his game up significantly from 2018. Became a goalkicking midfielder, he's a lot better than most of the fringe players on AFL lists atm. Deserves another shot.

Yeah I'm expecting Hibberd and Partington to be SSP. Riccardi I can see going anywhere between 30 and 65
