Wouldn’t it be great if we could go to Dubai for heat training.

The bonus is that there are very few trees to tie up naked players.

There's that left footer again that is probably jake Kelly but doesn't look like anyone familiar

Jake Kelly is piloting our camoflauge training.
One day he is a 100kg porker, the next he is a stick insect. It will make it very difficult for our opponents to match up on him.

I noticed the club is showing as much footage (parden the pun) of Brad Crouch as possible while they can

Honestly if Brad can actually play most of this year that will make more difference than anything else we can do.

A mid who can actually burst from stoppage and chase is what we have seriously lacked
Missing Smith and Crouch for essentially the entire year pretty much screwed up our chances from the outset. If Brad plays in AFL 2019, then we should all send thank you cards to his groin surgeon!

Reporter on AFL.com said he's aiming to play during the pre-season games. Will be a big bonus if he shows up for them.

Yes, but also Brodie Smith on the HBF was a massive loss for us. I dont have the stats, but I would say the slightshot goal from defense went from league leading to middle of the pack at best last season! That devastated our gameplan and scoring capacity IMO

Spot on ......this pace of HB was missed & was evidenced how we improved in the last 3rd of the season with the upsurge of Milera off HB

Overall though it was our loss in speed across the ground ....Smith, Cameron, Brad Crouch, and the poor year of Betts

Pykes game relies on a lot of forward pressure ....the poor form of Betts & loss of Cameron & other various forwards over the year ....meant our forwrd 50 pressure plummeted, exposed our midfield and made our defenders life a living hell

Correct, when the team is decimated by soft tissue injury and lack of fitness the first thing you lose is the pressure. And we felt it all over the park. Our back 6 actually did remarkably well considering the barrage they received on a weekly basis.

Not surprising our FA/Draft strategy seems to be chock full of small, quick, tackle happy players who mostly love to run! Also spells danger for guys like Atkins IMO. Gonna need to finally pull his finger out defensively if he wants to keep his spot going forward

The problem was all our injuries were to our running players .....it made us bog slow

Nope, Caro was banging on again last night about how the camp wrecked our season, so it MUST have been that
Idk if these 'journos' actually have any idea at all, and rely purely on social media
