Training 2020 Preseason

Robbo, Bundy, Archie Smith and a couple of others didn’t train with the main group this morning. Lifting weights. Robbo has his left calf strapped up.

Really stood out to me how well Dev has fitted in to the group. And looking super fit.

When I went to training last week, I didn’t notice much difference in him at all.
But the photo shows that he has some definition.

He's lifting a big weight in the photo - don't let muscle pump deceive you. Not saying he hasn't added weight but perfectly timed photos like that aren't a good measure.
