Yes he is
He's not a debutant, but he is a rookie.

My point is that debutantes get announced in advanced, rather than what we classify in Fantasy as rookies

Lock and Load on Highmore!

Thank goodness :) I’ve had Idun sitting at D7 as a place holder and have hated seeing that much money parked on the bench. Come on down Highmore

Get those filthy supercoach prices outta here

So it looks like the defender rooks will sort themselves with most people running Highmore and Kosi on the bench.

Mid and fwd rooks are where we have options!!

Mid:
Powell
Gulden
Berry

Bruhn
Downie
Jordan
Scott

McNeill

Fwd:
Brockman
Warner
Campbell
McDonald
Jones
Rowe

Personally I'm selecting green on and red on the bench due to a balance of scoring, J/S, Price and DPP, but man it's a hard choice!

One advantage I do have is that it looks like I will go into lockout with $230K on the bench as I just see better value in the guys I have rather than moving a $400k guy to a $600K guys.
This gives me a heap of flexibility over the next 2 weeks to fix my team, Eg, Atkins and Dow stink it up for two weeks, if I go down to a rook with one, I have $400k to throw on top of the other!!
I'm entering the year with with what I think are 10/11 keepers, so it becomes 11/12 very quickly!!

Add Bergman and Sharp to the list if named as both look like they can score well.

Extremely tricky selecting the right balance on JS/scoring/price this year. Interesting you’ve left out Campbell, Downie and Bruhn.. while they’re a little more expensive they certainly have better scoring potential and JS than most of the others.

Unpopular opinion: I’m very close to putting a line through H Jones. The price is right but don’t think the scoring potential is there at all. There appears to be better options.

Basically I've decided Scott and Jordan are on my bench.
Downie is hard to fit in as he has to replace one of Powell, Berry and Gulden. All 3 are highly rated juniors with big scoring numbers. I'm just afraid that Phillips will get the active wing role at Hawthorn, with Downie playing the other side, a bit like WC do with Gaff.
