The forwards are seriously underwhelming this season.
Danger - getting old and $600k plus
Dunkley - competing with Trewhore, Bont, JackMac, B Smith and the rest for points
Marshall - Looking likely as I can swing him into the ruck if need be
T Hawkins - I generally don’t pick key forwards
Dusty - Consistent
Sideboob - Will he be a top 6 Fwd? He’s one of those players that could probably play at a high level until he’s 33-34, but he also comes at a premium.
Walters - Can go big as a mid and can go missing as a FWD. Been burned in the past.
Zorko, Dixon and Gray round out the top 10 FWDS and it is truly uninspiring, but someone needs to fill out the top 6, and chances are Dunk, Danger and Sidey will be there at the pointy end.

**** sake.

100% Correct this is why I am starting with all the cheap forwards this year then upgrade to the premo's that are performing and we know their roles.

Zac Fisher?

Zac Fisher?
I think he’ll struggle to get too many midfield minutes mate. Is earmarked for a high half-forward role if what I’m hearing is correct, which it probably isn’t.

OK kents, time to be serious, who else aren't you selfish splendid flogs kents :moustache: :thumbsu: sharing with us honest toilers?

After June I sold my house, made a quick 50k:dollarsign::hearteyes: on some covid escaping eastern staters,
cancelled Foxtel cause the AFL in last years format was totally pus.

Then moved to new digs, started construction of a new pad, caught some waves, drank beers and watched some Mandolarian and Netflix.

Soooo, anyways....I need 2 of a 300k-450k mid/fwd/def thats gonna go the full ginger piglett like Ollie and Rowell
of old and push my team to the pinnacle splendidfarious position:dollarsign:.

Spill it kents:hearteyes:

Sounds like Ziebell to defence is actually happening

------------------------------
Today

NORTH Melbourne veteran Jack Ziebell says the club’s experienced defenders are helping him adjust to a new role at half-back this year.

New Kangaroos coach David Noble floated the idea of a positional change to Ziebell before Christmas and the inside midfielder was open to a switch.

Ziebell played across halfback sparingly as a junior, then in a few games during his debut AFL season and again a couple of years ago.

The 29-year-old said he was still learning the ropes down back.

“I’ve got some really experienced defenders — Robbie Tarrant, Josh Walker, Aidan Corr, Luke McDonald also at half- back — around me … and they’ve been awesome for me,” Ziebell said.

“I was quite excited to get down there the first couple of weeks of pre-season training and after a week and a bit down there now, I’ve learnt so much.”

Ziebell featured in just eight games last year due to hamstring problems as the Roos finished the campaign secondbottom with a 3- 14 record.

Four months on, he is on track to complete a full preseason , which is symbolic of the club’s injury list.

Dahlhaus has been consulted by former Crows medical boss Steve Saunders, who has also spent extensive time with Cats Patrick Dangerfield for his own groin injury.

Based in South Australia, Saunders has seen Dangerfield up to four times a week in Adelaide over the past month, while also visiting Geelong for treatment on Dahlhaus.

Dangerfield has recently ramped up his running sessions with the Cats confident he'll be fit to tackle the Crows in seven weeks' time despite a heavily interrupted summer.

That's no small problem

Is Charlie Curnow fit this year?
