There seems to have been a noticeable shift forward line selection. While I don't pretend to anything about reasons behind the non-selection of Jess Wuetschner it seem as though there's been a focus on selecting speed, hence why we see someone like Ruby Svarc (whose foot skills aren't the greatest) in the team.

Seems to have coincided with Jess' Insta post about her losing a client at her work which would result in her income dropping by half.....from memory. Maybe her employment is more a priority now....just a thought.

The girls have been really screwed over by the fixture this season. Anytime anywhere I understand. But in the span of a few weeks they played 3 games in 8 days, had to travel to WA, now they have the play the last 2 games in Victoria with the first which is meant to be our home game.

There was news this was supposed to be a fair year no other team has had to travel 3 weeks in a row surely the AFL can help the Lions like they did both WA teams early in the year

Move the Bulldogs game to Queensland surely, if they insist on having it a Dogs home game then have it at Metricon.
