Option 1... 3.5
tgbb, adp, drd23, shiny 1/2

Option 2... 5.5
lenny, peterbuch, stinger, bgt2110, shiny 1/2, dagless 1/2, arakaan 1/2

Option 3.... 1.0
arakaan 1/2, dagless 1/2

wru666 could be a vote for any of the three based on his comment.

I could vote for any of the three, havent decided. 1 is probably easiest decision and less painful, 2 is the better compromise as offense get 40 back, idps even, and errors fixed, 3 is the purer leveling, but can understand the backlash about offense loss.

Four voters left.

I think youre putting words in Dagless and Arakaan's mouth, much like you said I did for you. How about letting them speak for themselves

You could strike option 3 out of the vote. No one wants that. The main gripe was the 40 loss, which already got brought back. So its more a decision option 1 vs option 2

Option 1 3.5
Option 2 6.5
You did just yesterday. Makes changes without consulting then agrees soon after it was a shit idea.

I dont think 3 is a shit idea, just unfortunate....it was an error the whole time but caused too much angst for O. So the hybrid is a good compromise.

People getting too angry and emotional about it all. I dont care whether 1 or 2 or 3 goes in.

Well if you withdraw your proposal no need to vote.

Why don’t you start another league made up of defence and (your latest suggestion before this one) OL.

Dixie didn’t want change going by reply to dagless

You're probably right, but I'll let people speak for themselves after GG said I was doing that for him.

It's got to the stage now where I'm beginning not to care. Its ruined the league vibes.

I think we pause and go back with Option 1 for now.

Happy for changes or 'fixes' to come in down the track.

In my opinion though, need them to be raised loud and clear after the season ends, before interest wanes and prior to any roster decision periods and voted on. Not saying these weren't raised at all, but the actual results are only being properly discovered late.

There's enough fat in the off season schedule for some voting and tinkering, and if required a transitional period if the changes have a large effect on postional weighting etc.

New IDP scoring helps offset the positional changes MFL makes more than the old scoring did. More a depth chart issue for individual owners to try fix....2 DEs and 6 LBs now instead of 4 and 4.

Previously, LB/DE were harshly scored, 100-150 range. DT 150-200, CB/S, 120-160...say. Now theyre all in that 150-200 range (the middle: average to good)

Joey Bosa as DE (2021 scoring)...133

Joey Bosa as DE and LB (2022 scoring)....179 / 172

Same for all of us, if we had a good player at DE or DT who is now DT or LB, it shouldnt render them useless to keep no matter the constant MFL position changes back and forth each year

I could now keep Bilal Nichols whom i auctioned for as DE tho i grabbed him as a DT. Previously, id have to just cut him, now i can keep him because he should still score fairly similarly now as a DT or DE for a player of his caliber -- the type of stats he gets and the regularity of them vs other DTs and DEs of his caliber

DT and DE score more similar to each other now. And where a DE and LB score differently with tackles/hits/sacks/TFLs, is better balanced (the drop here is a rise there) and vice versa if a say Von Miller previously a LB is now a DE.
