Weighing up the options for Grundy... already have Gawn, and also have J Hayes to trade out.

Can roll with Xerri or S Hayes. 69 and 64 average from their last three, or can bring in Preuss with 99 average from last three.

If I go with Preuss, it gives me about 740K to upgrade Hayes, which doesn't get me an uber premo, but does get me Vlastuin, who was a strong possibility before I head about Grundy. Should be getting around 200 points from Pruess/Vlaustin combo.

Going with one of my existing rucks means I have 1.25M to spend. This would get me a Mills/Laird/Cripps type plus Greg Clark. Clark would probably be bench to start with, so Would be getting maybe 120 from the new premo and tops 70 from Xerri or Hayes.

I think I've just talked myself into Preuss/Vlastuin as I can stick with that for a few weeks at least and start culling Rachele/Martin/Xerri/NOD/Ward/JHF in the meantime....

I would imagine in wake of the Grundy injury news that Preuss to English in a few rounds will be popular. Preuss will have probably peaked in value and be almost a sideways swap for the returning English.

What will throw a spanner in the works is if Gawn goes down. Could you imagine a scenario at the beginning of the year where our r1 and r2 didn't have Gawn or Grundy?

honestly, at this point, i'm keeping Preuss ROS, if he keeps playing like this, don't see the need to trade him out

I just worry coleman is going to YoYo with zorko scoring.

Never had a ceiling or the fitness. A poorer man’s Bowey.

McInnes (assuming he out) -> Clark.

Don't mind the Grundy injury too much, swapping Preuss for a Hobbs on-field is probably a 30-40 point gain. Wines in next week for Rachelle/JHF and we batting 7 deep in mids with Daicos the 8th.

I reckon his ceiling is 80, Suns had 57 inside 50's and alot of them were not quality ones so his score has been inflated a bit. He does look good for his price but he's still technically a rookie. Will probably average close to 70 than 80
