I’ve got Gawn and Preuss but can add English to my forwards for now and then I’ll have 2 rucks each week during bye and if Preuss maxes out/does something dumb then I’ll have quality cover there. Can fu** off Hayes for the added bonus if needed.
It doesnt really count as having 2 rucks every bye if you're stealing one from the forward-line hehe.

Gawn/English/Hayes will be the ideal combo through byes.
I'm currently running a dodgy Gawn with Hayes/Dixon loop (courtesy of holding the Saint Hayes).

Conveniently Saints have late games, and port or eagles play before saints for a string of rounds. So I'll keep getting 2 bites at the cherry to minimize the Preuss damage.

Last week that was perfectly executed for a 43 from Hayes rather than Dixon's pathetic 32... Closing that gap to Preuss' nothing score.

I'm fine. This is fine.

Nearly no-one suggesting Carroll out on Blues board
Heaps suggesting McComb out on the Dogs

Think Carroll is the go this week if you already have Clark.
Pretty sure that happened with McNeil too last year yet he's now a staple of the dogs lineup and Bevo chucks him in CBAs for lols sometimes.

Bevo does Bevo things.

McComb is right up Bevo's alley. Also he seems to think positively of the guy for being an inside mid but being given a role out of position and doing it poorly. So kudos to Bevo.

As long as he's named I'm thinking McComb this week. And then Carrol next week (he might go up to ~ 280k or so?).

If guys like Stephens are named this week I could be swayed to skip McComb and go straight to Carrol as we'll have to start pick and choosing.

Edit: Added bonus of McComb this week is a Friday game so we get that instant bench emergency locked in and get a look at it for looping.
Carrol not till Sunday. So we won't know till last thing Friday for sure if he's playing (albeit very likely).
Double edit: The risk with Carrol is he gets shuffled around this week to a less lucrative role, has a quiet one and then get sdropped. Atleast McComb has already survived twice from being culled when he should have been...

Hahaha somewhere in the plan I’m hoping I have a dodgy F8 that rolls on field for English when he’s required in the ruck 🤣🤣

Fair re Friday night
That was a major sticking point.
Hoping he is just dropped and that makes the decision easy.

You think you're hoping he's dropped....

Cost us at least 6 goals on the weekend due to howlers....

Barring any specific individual team needs I don't see why you wouldn't keep JHF this week. Friday night game so has the loop option off the bench, wouldn't think he will be giving away 4 free kicks again, attends a fair amount of CBA's and feel like there may be some scoring opportunity against the COVID hit Freo this week. He should be able to clear his BE at the least.

Need to decide if I have him or NOD as my midfield loop option. Can't loop NOD into defense due to Skinner also playing Friday lol.

Tricky thing is for people with JHF and McComb as both play Friday night.

He's only hit his BE score in 2/7 games. I've got McComb as Mid loop and NOD as Def loop and both are going to continue to generate more cash so JHF is out the door for me.

Was still more effective than Crab Macrae. Watched the game and Macrae was just calling for the ball in non threatening positions. His teammates rightfully ignored him.

Macrae has games like that. It still puzzles me why we cannot figure out how to setup our midfield....

He's gone for me this week or next, depending on how teams line up.
Yeah, gone for me this week. I'm still weighing up Daicos, if NOD fires up Friday night at DEF emergency, I may keep him for the loop. Was planning on bringing in Zorko/Parker/De Goey this week so I don't need a stack of cash for it. Still think Daicos could play a role to his bye.

Has anyone had a cheeky peek at Mitchell this week?

Down to 7.93% ownership, has had 6 marks and 7 tackles in his last two. Juicy matchup vs Essendon this week and the Rd 14 bye.

If Connor Nash misses, I'm pretty tempted.

Rather Wines around that price point, IMO. Titch does have the better bye though, although, I'm still probably going Guth over both of them - as he looks to be over his injury worries and should average 100+ from here the rest of the year - and is only 86K more than Brodie currently is
