At this stage, JHF and Coleman to Clark and Duncan.

Plus moving Hewett back on the field moves me down to four rookies on field.

Would like to get Darcy Cameron but will leave him a week as I have the cash to get Duncan now. Next week might be a rookie fix up and Cameron then prepare for an Uber Mid upgrade.

My team sucks but would like to get Clark and Darcy Cameron in, means I'll probably keep Butters and Cogs...

Rank these in terms of priorities to get in

G.Clark
Cripps
D.Cameron

Thinking Durdin to Clark, JHF to Cripps, but could also do
Butters to Cameron, JHF to Cripps

This is also taking into account keeping Hewett
1. Cripps...best fantasy player this year and is STILL underpriced by more than 100k
2. Clark
3. DC

Alright my final crack until Thursday night.

JHF -> Tom Sparrow
Rioli -> Brandon Ellis

Really surprised that Sparrow is owned by 11%. Coming off two 95’s with a BE of 32 with an easy couple of weeks I like it. Ellis I can see potentially going on a nice run with a fairly nice draw coming up. Freo this week could be tough though but he’s an upgrade on what Rioli is doing right now.

What can Darcy Cameron average? Is this another Preuss situation?

As things stand, the 10th forward is averaging 88. Other than Dunkley no one is setting the world alight, could Cameron be a season keeper potentially?

Long run you'll be better off going JHF to a rookie, Rioli to a real premium. You'll have spare cash next week to get another legit premium

I think mid pricers are only worth the risk if they had an injury affected price drop or there's been a role change to boost their scoring (Cameron to first ruck, Rozee to the mids...although that hasn't worked amazingly so far). Ellis was just playing bad because he's not very good. Can't speak for Sparrow.

I would guess 85-90.

He's getting smashed in the hitouts but sitting behind the ball and taking marks kind of like a poor mans English. I doubt he will keep racking up the 100's but he will make good cash

What do we think about Khamis, if he gets another game? Not many cheap defender options out there and he looks like he could be a handy (ie SDK cash gen option)

Some bargain premiums i have my eye on:
Ollie Wines 799k
Tim Taranto 810k
Petracca 854k
J.Lloyd 736k
JDG 694k

Some good value there i think... not really sure what i'm going to do yet... all my rookies on the field are still blooming, so may end up double downgrading who knows

Tracc the best of that lot. Will go 130 on West Coast this week. 110 last year.

He would be my 7th mid though which leaves one spot for Brayshaw/Laird/Mills the last one. I'd prefer both Brayshaw and Laird in my team. But may just need to be realistic and grab Tracc this week at a great price.

Will probably bypass Bailey Smith in my top 8 as his scores are coming back to reality.

Im in the same boat its my butters cogs that are letting me down

might try to cull a few rookies this week

Durdin and McInnes then upgrade Daicos/Martin after there byes

But there is value out there

I just worry about his injuries plus the tag

yeh the 900k midfielders seem to be out of reach atm...... i'm not really sure how i'd find the money to upgrade NOD to Bray etc.... its why for mid premiums i'd be looking at cheaper options like wines and tracc and hope they bounce back

Best value at the moment for mine is Guth. Three straight tons and still only 760K - absolute bargain

true... plus duncan

geelong just gives me the worries this year

hopefully they continue to play more fantasy friendly afl

I'm just worried in the midfield if guthrie doesnt go back to 1st half of last year guthrie... that it will be a big waste of a midfield spot, as the genuine premiums in the midfield are scoring 110+ most weeks.... the midfield spot is the least i want to take too many risks on

I daresay nearly all of those would be ghost teams that filled their sides with players from the first game of the season so they could be ranked 1st after it. Most years you see Carlton and Richmond players with massively inflated ownership for the same reason; this year it happened to Dees and Dogs players because they had the first game instead.

Sparrow would be basically 0% owned among the more serious players so if you’re keen on him then he’ll be a POD without question.

Got to hope Bray gets tagged. Wines good option but terrible bye. Tracc scoring always up and down. But I'll do whatever I can to get Laird. I'm fixated on him given his role, bye and fixture coming up.

Probably Butters or Rozee is my avenue to one of these 900k guys in the next couple weeks because it can't be two rookies.

This is against my better judgment but I’m holding Butters. I’m giving him one more game against North. If he spuds it up against them of all teams, then he’s gone.

There’s other issues that need to be fixed that are more important like rookies.

JHF and Rachelle to Clark and Bye 13 Defender. Leaning towards Dale at the moment and leaves my team looking like this:

Which I'm pretty happy with at the moment.

As a Keays & Dawson owner I've watched Adelaide closely last two weeks and to my surprise I think Sam Berry might be learning how to football; has always been a tackler but is actually starting to get the oval-shaped yellow thing in his hands sometimes now too.

Getting high CBAs so always around the ball. Will seriously consider him as an under-priced forward option.
