As we all scramble to finalise our starting teams, lock in the must have premos and rooks, a lot of us are finding it hard to squeeze them all in. Especially those stupidly priced mid-pricers.

So this thread is a designated place to tell us who you really want in your team but just can't.


I'll start.

Lachie Weller.

Looking like i'll have to drop him to Perkins or a rook to fix up my backline and fit Matty Rowell in. This is really tough but i'd rather not put in some shoddy Def premo just to accommodate Weller. My avatar bet with Juzzomac will still stand and if anything changes he is the first player in, hence the 31st man.

I'm thinking of swapping Lloyd > Short to free up some cash I think they will average very similar

Have toyed with a 6 premo midfield today, probably 1 rookie short defense and forward to make it work though.

Disagree, Lloyd a must have. I see him scoring better than last year and due to his consistency he's one that's hard to get during the season. There will always be a cheaper trade-in you make and never get round to getting him.

Just imo but this year Macrae, Cog's, Grundy, and Lloyd are the 4 must have premo/midpricers.

I agree Lloyd is a must have but he won't go 110 and I think Short will go somewhere 105-110 so for 50k difference at the start it (Could) be worth it. I don't think Lloyd's price will rise it can only come down.

He averaged 107 last year and the bloke stealing the chips has left. Can't see McInerney and the lizard scoring big every week. The Mighty Gull will dominate.

From memory I've started him in each of the past 3 seasons, so this is probably the year he goes 120.

The start of the season couldn't come any sooner. This is the worst time of the year, I'm changing my team way too much. Thankfully I have a busy weekend, otherwise I would have gone mental. Bring on next Wednesday night!

I'm actually thinking of starting Cripps in my team at M4.

He looks back to his brilliant best and is cheap as chips but I keep thinking of everyone that got burned by him last year. LOL.

How does one go about organizing a search party for missing kenties? I'm starting to worry about Judd_Magic 's well-being. It's 23 days to Rd1 and he's nowhere to be seen.

He goes AWOL most years in pre season.
It is like he does not enjoy trading unless it costs trades.

I've been rescued, was stranded on a deserted island with Ruby.

Nah fashionably late, had some family shit to deal with over the off season which has derailed my supercosch team planning a bit.

Opened my team today for the first time in ages and 3 of my kents were already injured. Was good to dust off my trade trigger finger for the long gruelling season ahead.

Next year I'm not touching my team until after the AAMI series. There really is nothing to be gained other than pain.

Is there a reason BFA5 and BigFooty Div 7 have no title on my list? No seen this before, are they set up differently or something?
