Heard a really interesting scenario on the radio the other morning.

Makes for interesting discussion

Hawks v Port game as an example
Juse before the last bounce, why didn't Hawthorn simply flood the backline.
4 players at the centre bounce and the other 14 in defence

What, and accept the free kick penalty for a breach of 6x6x6 ......you'd think one Coach will do it, at some stage

Yep - simply accept the free kicknin the centre of the ground and have a flooded backline ready to defend

During a round, can you completely reverse a trade (provided that the players aren't locked out) or can you only change the player(s)?

For example I want to do Garcia to Moyle to see how my team looks, but if I don't like it can I then update Moyle to Garcia (prior to the Saints game) and get my trade back?

You can't undo changes but you can trade the players back in that were traded out as long as they aren't locked.

100%. It's not even a question anymore – gameplan, culture, injury management, lack of accountability and selection integrity. It's all a mess.
Pfft that is nothing.

Try all of the above and also being part of a greyhound syndicate with some of the players.

How can you be part of a match committee and drop players who are part of your syndicate?

Stinkley wins hands down.

Legit?
**** moi, gotta maintain at least a base level of distance / the appearance of neutrality.
That’s deadset stupid.

Well Goodwin has a storied history of loving a punt, played a role in the Essendon drugs saga, oversaw Melbourne's offseason from hell and is rumoured to more than dabble in some 'recreational' activities himself.

Let's fire them both into the sun.

100% true.

Wines, DBJ and Clurey are in it along with Chris Davies who is the head of football.

We've already been to Sydney, Perf and Radelaide... and we can pull in a crowd!
Thanks for the reply......but I assume it's "tongue in cheek" ......but if that is the reason....it's not a very good one imo.

I get the fact that Vic teams have more games at home, because of number of teams there and being geographical and all that..........but to get 9 games straight at home........that's what I don't get.......
