Im still in shock about the Cripps decision.....

The head is sacrosanct but you can knock a bloke out, at the same time other blokes are getting done for the potential to cause injury.

I am completely perplexed.
 
The AFL falls short of being a rigerous sporting organisation. Like dude it was a normal footy thing (not equitably applied -& only Nic needs to calculate weights in a tackle) that gave him brain damage (Thats concision).

It only gets applied when they need to get an offence that probably isn't suspendable across the line.
How this isn't being pointed out by people reporting on it is bizarre.

"So that event has potential to injure...but that one doesn't?"
That's how you end up with situations where people are actually injured being a fine or nothing and incidents where people aren't hurt at all resulting in a suspension. :think:
