An amazing number, can’t believe we’ve reached 50,000 members, it’s not a number I thought was possible especially as we were struggling to reach 30,000 a little over a decade ago.

It’s even more remarkable considering our on field performances. Well done to everyone who has brought a membership.

Is 60,000 a realistic target next season considering who our new coach is and the hope he has brought to the club?

Shit time slots and poor performances are a contributing factor. I never used to miss a home/melb game, would turn down work to watch. Not this year. **** that.

Sunday games are no go for me for starters, as it’s when my local sport is always fixtured.

Ruled me out of attending aprox 70% of this seasons games.

Based on my own experience, yes.

I have already bought 8 memberships for friends/kids…

They are mostly Essendon supporters so couldn’t help myself in buying them all a North membership for 2023!

Hoping to grab a membership next season (Couldn't afford one this year). I reckon we'll crack 60k with Clarko coming in.

I understand everyone’s circumstances a different, but even a 3 game membership for about $100 will support the club? Give up a few coffees, sell some old shit on Facebook marketplace, think of it as repaying Sonja’s effort in trying to change the narrative of our great club.

This is a line in the sand moment for our club and we need everyone who is a proud supporter to be paid up and counted!

I'd love us to crack 55k. I think it will happen if we start winning early. We definitely will crack 53k regardless of results.

To be within ~2000 of Footscray , given they were coming off a GF and an eventual finalist, and we were coming off a spoon and heading for another, says a lot. Not to mention the gulf in FTA exposure.

But having said that, as has been the challenge for awhile, we have to build the baseline Melbourne attendances.
