We do have a few options. But its early days yet.
I dont think fielding defender and forward rookies for extra cash gen works.
They are usually crabs.
I reckon I am better off spending 120k more(250kish) for better JS and hopefully 10-15 points a week better scores.

Every year players in the 200-350k window break out and go premo.
Every year rookie priced players dont.
I can run 12 premos which is one less than most teams.
Cash in that extra premo for like 4 guys in my price window.
Spread the risk.
They are easier to cash out. You can afford any rookie with cash back.

Hall, Aliir, Cumming also.
The ones who were selectable as forwards had a lower acceptable score needed to be premos.
Forward line is trash every year due to how SC adjudicate DE%

I think Halls Break out had more to do with the operation he had this time last year than his move to defence.
He couldnt breath properly and the doctors fixed it.

Defender only status which puts him down the list compared to Rioli and Coleman, but I'll watch Cutler with interest this year. I won't pick him in SC but he looked like a different player for us in the last 4 or 5 games last year when he moved into a defensive role. Used the ball really well and looked very solid

I havnt seen it this year.
But usually there is a mid price madness team SC posts.
A team that would have won SC with 0 trades needed.
They used to post it every year.
We have bargains available it is silly not to take a look outside the cookie cutter window for cash gen.
