Can point to moderately decent tackle numbers but half of them are tackles because they dropped a mark, fumbled or lost a contest.

They both have a future but we need some rotation desperately.

I don't care if we got outscored in the last quarter, the boys still kept up with their defensive and chasing efforts up for the most part.

Racking up wins is more important than percentage at this stage anyway.

Vossy has instilled a new disciplined and non stop defensive work ethic to our list, and with the more wins we get on board, the more hungry and ruthless our boys will get.

I am thrilled at our current status, and couldn't really ask for anything more

Loved Boyd. I have seen him in the VFL with time and his leg is deadly. Glad some of that is beginning to translate to AFL.
Unlike others I liked O’Brien tonight. He looks to me like he is closing on some really good footy. He is putting his head over the ball and his running is fantastic. It’s close for him I think.

Players returning in 2nd half of the year include: Stocker, Cuningham, McGovern, Pittonet. Others knocking on the door very hard continue to be Dow and Williamson.
Could our second half of the year be better than our first? Dare to dream!

If he gets omitted, it will only be for a couple of weeks while they work on something with him in the VFL. But honestly... he's only played 46 games. He should have played a lot more in the time he's been at the club. He has the tools, just needs the experience now.
