I really hope so! We don’t have heaps of holes in our list but the wing and KPD are two areas we could use current players to step up in. Saves needing to find/recruit others
Newnes is fine.

Setters has the choice if he wants it or not.

Lob can be our langdon.

Marchy cures all our ills defensively.

Agree. Owies is really struggling and out of form. Credit to Durdin for getting up the ground and supporting defensively.

Sad that Honey has been injured, would've been a handy option. Motlop is very close to being ready. Our lack of ground ball presence in F50 is a glaring weakness.

We get more crumbing goals from McKay and Curnow, ffs.
We rarely see them at the drop of the ball, no one "front and centre" or behind.

Last quarter we let them get a bit of credibility on the scoreboard but we were never troubled.

P.Cripps has one hand on the Brownlow pure beast mode he isn't one of the best in the competition he is the BEST in the competition.

Charlie oh Charlie when he plays like that he is unstoppable 6.3 probably should've been 8.1 but he is going to give all the coaches in the comp sleepless nights before they play us.

Our backline was great today especially Weitbot and Young they destroyed their tall timber.

Lewis Young is our second tall defender now what a player he is becoming add Marchbank,McGovern into the backline as interceptors and we will give most top teams trouble.

Cerra,Walsh,Kennedy,Fisher,Silvagni were all great but Sam Docherty what a player he is if he isn't in the AA at HBF it'll be a travesty the inspiration

he generates by sacrificial acts, courage, gut running and leadership you cannot put a price on what a legend especially when you consider the hell he

was in not too long ago.

Everyone had a crack today even TDK held his own in the Ruck and Cottrell was zippy and full of energy when given his chance. We have the core group

now to build on wins like today and get going and string some wins together if everyone keeps playing their role and team first attitude anything can be

achieved.

Oh Yeah TOP 4 BABY! (It's been too long)

GO BLUES!!!

CC looks ominous for a bloke with very limited football over the past 3 years. Would now be getting confident in the knee and it’s showing.

TDK was outstanding and it was reflected in the midfield dominance. SOS weirdly wins a lot of wrestles for a bloke giving away 10kg on most professional ruckman.

Having Marchbank as a dedicated interceptor will completely change our backline dynamics and really help Weitering and Young.
A lot f great points in such a short post. CC is getting better and better, he was marking what he should have had a chance of tonight, so clues with his body and positioning in a one on one situation.

Have been pleasantly surprised at how TDK has taken to the main ruck role with Pinno out. JSOS is just my favourite player like his dad before him, heart and soul, gives 150% and just oozes class. Guy is next level football brain. Think people are finally realises what he means to this team.

Praying Marchbank does a CC … praying his body gives him the chance.

Love the dual threat Curnow provides. Competitive and strong in the air, deadly on the ground.

Thought De Koning was really good today. Reckon he’s worked really hard at his game and it’s starting to show.

Overall our tackling pressure was outstanding, we were just relentless suffocating them around the ball.
was fabulous.........

Jack Silvagni didn't have the best game against the Crom, but he really has taken leaps and bounds from a baby faced teenage prodigy, to becoming a man and player, somewhat different to his father, bur the Italian Stallion and Silvagni bloodlines clearly flow through Jack's blood.

I would like to think Sergio is looking down, somewhere, someplace with a massive grin of pride on how well his grandson has matured and developed as a player

Lobs issues are his poor decision making, number of times he put his teammate in a bad position. I feel he’s a chance to be omitted..

Noticed that. Definitely a few hospital handballs, seemed to want to avoid any contact and get rid of the hot potato despite putting his teammate under pressure.

Adelaide fan cope is very umpire centric... Think if they wish too hard and they get 'better' umpires key forwards will just kick even more goals against them...

Love it.

C Curnow with 15 score involvements btw. I don't think Cripps gets the 3 votes this time...

6 goals, 10 marks, half contested, 15 score involvements, 20 disposals. That's as good as it gets for a key forward, monster game. How good is it to see?

I was giving Vossy a year to get settled and then start evaluating him from next year on... 8 games in, 6 and 2... fu** evaluating him next near... he's doing a great job and has done a fantastic job turning around some of our players and putting a damned attractive game plan into place.

I know it's not going to work every week... or we'd be 8-0, but geez when we're on, we're on... and we've learnt how to win ugly as well. The games we've just crawled over the line to win, in previous years we would have gone belly up and lost... big.

Yeah, say what you want, but Vossy has done a sterling result so far. You could tell by Cripps interview after the game that they had put effort into out abysmal three quarter showings and the last two weeks it’s been our best quarters by far. That’s the coach right there.

Top 4 Blues - :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

I would rate today as good as we have been this season and the third quarter bought back Premiership quarter memories from the 80s.

Charlie just seems to be getting better each week and i thought Cerra played his best game for us. Very good performance by about another dozen and sets us up for a go at the Sydneysiders in the next fortnight.

Anyone know what the crowd was today ?

Lewis Young ✅

Absolutely....Twirler Glascott was the same...took time....Houlihan also.
O'Brien is a better kick than both of them.
better than hoops? not in the same ballpark.........

It's as if the longer vossy spends with them the more rounded we become............

Probably still not good enough though /s

Loved Boyd today, cripps amazing as usual, charlie fantastic, SOSOS irrepressible, shit, I'm running out of adjectives...

We must be on the right track
I think that we'll make at least the second week in the finals.
