No way. TDK will ruck more than play forward. We go back to being too tall and slow with TDK, Charlie, H and Jack up there. Even 3 of these 4. He will kick 15 at the most.EFA... TDK is a FWD/RUCK, not a Ruckman.
It is.Yeah it’s great to see diesel out training with the boys
Did you see him too?
Is it? From a corporate governance perspective it’s a tad concerning. That said, in Cook we trust.Yeah it’s great to see diesel out training with the boys

Corporate governance is not a word I'd like associated with a football team.Is it? From a corporate governance perspective it’s a tad concerning. That said, in Cook we trust.
Yes agree but I don’t think diesel is the corporate/office type and I’m sure the club seniors know this and can compensate accordingly. I’m sure the players love having him out there. Is it? From a corporate governance perspective it’s a tad concerning. That said, in Cook we trust.

If Diesel wants to be involved in training, he's involved in training. Couldn't give a stuff what his title is.
Yeah good points. Let’s hope there is no confusion/conflicts. I was thinking diesel was giving guys like Dow specific midfield trI think the point is that Voss and the coaches need to be in charge of training, so anyone else who is involved (like Diesel) needs to be following Voss's instructions. But Diesel is above Voss in the hierarchy, therefore Voss needs to be following Diesel's instructions. So having Diesel getting hands-on at this level creates the potential for confusion / clashing instructions / undercutting of the coaches / etc.
That said, there's no evidence at present of any such problem. Hopefully all parties can manage Diesel's involvement to everyone's benefit.
I doubt that's an issue, I think Diesel would be more nuanced and individual based as opposed to interfering with the overall training drills/philosophy.I think the point is that Voss and the coaches need to be in charge of training, so anyone else who is involved (like Diesel) needs to be following Voss's instructions.
