Dustin should get in imo
Not Hoyne lmao
This bloke is like the kiss of death, almost every opinion he has is wrong.
The nerd needs to actually watch footy rather than the stat sheet

I think more neck than head or shouldersEnglish has been head and shoulders the best ruck this year.
thats funny considering Geelong is on exactly the same amount of points, and they will get at 5 in the team as usual maybe more
Enright
Hawkins
Cameron
James Kelly
Messi
I am sure I have missed one
When does Wietering get a look in? Has played some bad footy for a period this season, too far gone? Is there a tipping point if his form continues as he has probably been in the top few defenders over the last 5-6 weeks?

Geelong kissed on the you know what every year by the AA so I'm expecting them to have a few. Tom Stewart has not been that good this season he has made a lot of errors. I haven't seen him get beat as much this year.
Stewart's had a better year this year than he did in his AA, premiership year of 2022. Time to let go of the Great Meatball Tenderiser angst fellas and look at things clearly. They always get a backman in as there always is a backman racking up uncontested possessions at Victoria Park.
Yes sorry , he was suspended for knocking out Prestia last year. He missed 2 games this year plus was injured in Q1 in round one. He's missed one game and then played 16 straight with 5 to come. He's picked up coaches votes in 7 wins and 2 losses this year.
Still, you tried.
Injured round 1, missed round 2. Played every other game. And it's pretty silly to suggest he's a flat track bully when your previous post said he played best in losses.Yes sorry , he was suspended for knocking out Prestia last year. He missed 2 games this year plus was injured in Q1 in round one.
His best games statistically have been against weaker teams, usually at Kardinia Park, plus a good game in the loss last week vs Brisbane.
It's a myth that two of the best interceptors/rebounders in the league are competing for one spot. Both belong in back pockets (Sicily would be worthy of CHB too) - who else who's actually rebounding it from defensive 50 and dominating the coaches votes deserves it more?View attachment 1756350

The only thing Stewart leads Sicily in is games played (didn't matter last season), metres gained, tackles + pressure acts, a whopping 0.1 inside 50s, and 0.1 marks on the lead AKA a whole bunch of nothing.
Sicily gets more of the ball, uses it better and defends better. It's a ******* no brainer.
It's going to be criminal when Sicily gets overlooked this year again.
The only thing Stewart leads Sicily in is a lack of derogatory comments about Tasmania, but that has no bearing on discussions here.View attachment 1756350

Why? That's as silly as saying you can't have both Sinclair and N.Daicos on the back flanks. Probably more silly given those two play a lot of midfield. You can't have both Sicily & Stewart in the same team and Sicily has been better imo
Stewart over Sicily last season was one of the worst robberies of recent memory
Hawkins was better than Lynch over the entirety of the year. Everyone except you seems to realise this.just as bad as Hawkins over Lynch
But then again, Hawkins has done enough in his career to be an automatic AA for the nest 3 years, last year he was captain, this year he will be captain coach
Yeah I can't see a reason why not.... Both are pretty versatile. Why? That's as silly as saying you can't have both Sinclair and N.Daicos on the back flanks. Probably more silly given those two play a lot of midfield.

Do you want me to explain it to you again?
I would p1ss myself laughing if Stewart was named and Sicily wasn't, again...
