People are getting reported & sanctioned for footy / careless accidents .....is it only opposition players that have a duty of care ?

To be fair he’s lazy as f*ck and is only looking for the cheap backwards kick. Haven’t seen him run to space to provide the switch and if he doesn’t impact the first contest he’s invisible
