I'm category 2 as an interstate member and entered the ballot successfully. Last night $155 was taken from my account by Ticketek. But no email, no other correspondence. Does this mean I'll receive a ticket? I've never been in this situation before.

Yes. You will receive an email from Ticketek tommorrow. That appears you got standing room.

Check out the Carlton Draught tent outside gate 3. Tickets are 12$, plenty of bars and food trucks inside. Will be a great atmosphere pre game, great drinking weather too mind you.

For anyone considering AFL membership definitely worth it in this scenario with the ballot allocations but the wait might be 20 years now. You actually get a discount on your Collingwood membership if you tell them your AFL membership number, which means we've spent around the same as 1 legends membership but have access to GF tickets under both memberships. Reason we did this was the 12 years we were silver AFL and only went across to gold last year.

There will be plenty of Pie supporters at the AIA centre before the game..and you'll love the March to the G .. it was amazing on Friday night with thousands marching.

Feeling for a lot of Pies fans here

On the flipside, I had to give up my ticket to 2018 Grand Final and so this year I was lucky to be offered one for this year's final regardless if we made it or not. Haven't been since 2011 but finally time to return to the big dance. And I'm bloody keen!

Yes. We sat there in 2011. My sister and nephew help make the banner each week, so they know everyone down there. Every finger and toe is crossed.

We might end up somewhere in Q 1-7 (also Cat 7), but I've been to the MCG virtual seating site to check it out and the view is pretty good from up there.

Quite frankly, I would sit on top of the scoreboard or hang from the seagull preventative wires if these were the only options. I am just relieved we have tickets because I know how many members miss out.

It was easier in the old days when we could be guaranteed a ticket if we were prepared to spend a night or two sleeping outside the ticket office at Vic Park. It didn't matter how rich you were back then. First in, best dressed!

Lets say your card has a $1000 limit. You have $800 pending. Then you only have $200 to spend. So if your ticket is more than $200 you get declinded. If you can i suggest you go into your credi card account and pay it out a.s.a.p.

$372.00 on the dot which equates to category 4, which im pretty happy with as it should be front of level 4. Which i much prefer to level 1

Greetings Pie army. Congrats on making the GF, should be a belter.

I have 2 X "Final Siren" packages from the AFL Event Office that I wish to sell.

The tickets are in Q51 in the Ponsford top deck row Y. So nose bleeds. Each seat also has a lanyard and a wrist band to get into the "Final Siren" event after the game, a fenced off area with a bar on the lawn on Brunton Ave on the city side of the ground.

My cost with transaction fees was just over $2K per ticket. In line with guidelines, I'm prepared to sell them for $2,200 per ticket for a total of $4,400. Preference will be given to those who take both over single ticket sale. I'm prepared to share my invoice/order details to prove what I paid and their authenticity.

I've been a BF regular for 18 YEARS! Not a scammer or a drop bear and I know Chief personally (he will vouch for me, but will also call me a campaigner). I offered to offload these tickets below face value to two very close personal friends who are unfortunate sufferers of your common affliction (being Collingwood supporters ) but they don't have the scratch. I tell you this so that you know I'm not your average sour guts Cats fan.

Reading reports of P1 getting standing room. Seems like a bit of a debacle with ticketek

Has anyone noticed if it is larger groups of P1 copping that, groups of say 6-8?

We have an 8 and really can’t do standing room with 2 kids and my old man who has a disability
