Yea yea roll out the old accepting mediocrity line . What benefit does constantly bagging the club at every opportunity do.
We’ve got Koch , Ricoh , Kenny, Davies , Bassett ,Cornes , Holly Ransom all getting run down .
The coach will get his marching orders this year if we’re unsuccessful why can’t people just accept the process and get behind the team . If you truly know fair enough but bandwagon jumpers are rife . If you don’t want to support the club fine just waddle off and go support something else

Yes we’ve ultimately been unsuccessful for ten years , competitive but unsuccessful I agree . I also agree that Ken has some flaws and I would’ve liked a new coach this year but can see he reasons why they’re letting him see out his contract wether it was the right call to reappoint him at the time was a good decision or not .
My point is get behind the team , Don’t just constantly poo poo everyone and everything

I do support the club, that's the point. I'm a paid up member. I want my club to be successful. Why should I blindly accept a process that is clearly not working?

That’s good that you’re a paid up member like myself , but excuse me I don’t support the Hinkley retirement fund or the Koch Vanity Project club I support the club .
I guess the agenda might be if everyone turns on the coach , chairman , president , football manager it might force change . Good luck with that but it’s a long shot and it’s mighty tough getting a footy fix on here when every thread gets commandeered by vitriol onwards the hierarchy.

What makes you think the club would allow this?

George Fiacchi was a previous board member. He and Tim Ginever, were the two strongest campaigners for the One Club unification. He was incumbent and running for re-election. He had opposed Koch during the late stages of his stint on the board. Koch orchestrated Wanganeen to run in one of the few (two?) member-elected board positions against Fiacchi, despite little involvement in the club beyond the community programs. Wanganeen win in a landslide, probably on name alone. There is no evidence he provided much of substance during his tenure on the Ports board. It seems like action by Koch to remove any dissent from members of HIS board.

Fast forward to 2022/2023. Darren Cahill has silently departed his position on the board after immediate introduction on invitation from Koch in 2018. He had recommended Tredrea most of all as a replacement for him. Someone that Koch trusted enough to appoint at his own behest made a recommendation for a suitable replacement. A legacy Port boy, a dedicated professional sportsperson with position in the media, a specialist coach and our sole AFL premiership captain. Koch told him to **** off after stringing him along for five months.

Koch is happy to support a past player when it suits his purposes (read: remove any opposition to his poor governance) but won't support one when in all likelihood he will actually cause some disruption to our stale management.

If your comment was made in good faith, can you see why it is of little help? However if it was, as I suspect it was, disingenuous please stop being toxic.
