I hope we fight as hard today as my dog versus me trying to wrestle a chicken wing from his mouth, that he just found discarded on the beach. I was absolutely NO chance of getting it from him and I'm 5 times his size 🤦😂 Bring that level of fight and a GF berth is ours!

Want it more, Blues!! 💙

I relish the opportunity.
Just hope we get the chance.
I hate them so much, the mere chance of them being premiers makes me want to be sick. There are two things I go into every year hoping for is, Carlton to be premiers and for Collingwood to get nowhere near it. The opportunity is great, as long as we win. If we played Collingwood and somehow lost to them I think I'd need to go into hiding for the next ten years at least :p

Bizarre choice Owies sub.

Not sure what he might provide late in a third or fourth quarter when you’d think fresh legs is what is needed,I think we good for goal kickers.

Just a quirky decision.

This selection is all about match-ups.

Our plan is to defend, squeeze the life out of them and win a highly defensive/contested/territory game.

Attack through our talls, defend through our smalls.

Martin, Motlop & fog give us the defensive ground cover.

Agree Owies shouldn’t be sub.

Totally. The sub needs to give you a different look or at least more run, while at the same time provide cover for injuries. Not clear what Owies provides on either count beyond a like for like injury replacement.

It’s an emotional risk that we have to take to be premiers. Our greatest ever moment was achieved as huge underdogs against them in the Grand Final.

Win or lose I hope everyone enjoys the day

Win or lose I hope everyone is very proud of this team.

It's been 23 years since we've played in one of these.

This team has shown the signs that it won't be the last.

Nothing to lose, everything to gain. The boys will give it their best shot and if they fall short, we'll learn and become stronger as a result.

Let's go Blues!

Hope everyone is fired up.

We need to make it hostile as ****!!!

Boo until your throat is hoarse when they come out to the ground, home game my ass!

There venue, our crowd!!!

Let see how they like it when we are making more noise & going up for absolutely everything, no polite clapping this week, just a wall of noise!

As someone who lives in the States, it's either going to be a really bittersweet feeling if I can't celebrate a Carlton GF win at home with everyone (been waiting all my life to watch a Grannie with dad), or it's going to be a really good thing that I can immediately distance myself should the absolute worst case scenario happen and the Pies get up. I still know which scenario I'd rather though.

Lets go Baggers! Get it done!
