Can’t get over how well Hollands is playing. He’s had shoulder surgery mid season and has come back better than ever. I know lots want him to p it on a lot of weight but he won’t. Just a few Kilos. And that’s all he needs.

HUGE heart to dig so deep as we did today. Saints brought the pressure early and we toughed it out and thoroughly outplayed them in the 2nd half - 7 goals to 1!
It was a different type of win compared to Port and the Pies where we had to come from behind. This win does SO much for the team mentality and unity.

With a win like that I can only presume some harsh words were spoken at half time and quite rightly so.
At the game (first win witnessed this year)
At half time I was certain we didn’t have it in us to mount a comeback…we needed to get on top in the middle and grind it out
We did that and more and owned the last term
Special mention to Newman and the back 6
I thought they were enormous especially in the second qtr when the saints mids were on top
Bloody so happy that we have that resilience and plan B footy to get the W

Obviously few ahead of him but no reason why he can’t be used in the mid mix.
Ideally he can learn to play in other roles to compliment his overall value to the team.

Maybe he doesn't but I would like to see an experienced old hand like Leon Cameron or Choco Williams (if you could get him) in the box with him. Iy certainly wouldn't hurt.
