Same here. I used to finish in the top 10,000 now and then. Then came the multi round byes, and every time they send me back 10k-20k places when I was happy with my placings. No matter how well I planned ahead for them. Also every year, there seems to be that one round where every top premium player shares similar bye rounds.

Have been fortunate so far this year, full 18 players each week and this week coming. But last week saw me hammered with many opponents having a full 22 players vs my 18 with some rookies. Been banking my money and trades for the final bye week, as that is the one that will hurt me. Less than 18 projected to play.

Wish they would just split the byes over two weeks, make it one long supercoach round.

I was in the top 2k. Byes happen. I'm now ranked 13k. Destroys me every year but I can't plan for them - my desire to have certain players over others get the better of me.

Planning can play a big part but having luck on your side can help too...picking the right Capt, injuries to premos, and this yr suspensions seem to be taking a hold.
In 2020 I was in the top 10 from R8-17 before finishing12th....then 2900+ the next yr and finished 1600+ last year and sitting 7800+ right now, all doing the same planning each year.......and I'll do the same next yr if I'm still around.........and enjoy the ups and downs of SC

Bit of a blow Mullin being injured. Got him in for the byes and he won't be there. Also not happy with Simpson and Sharp not being named. Both have now been traded to Humphrey and Maric, who should certainly play next week given his good debut and WC's injury woes.

This week I have 19 green dots plus Humphrey who will surely play.
