I'm going to the game, first one in a couple of years. Probably the last time I'll see the great Dyson Heppel take the field.

Say what you will about our games against the Bombers but they are never dull. Another win on the board will do us nicely lads, don't let me down.

been a bit distracted all week from the seriousness of this game ... largely, annoyingly, because i think we're a 6-8 goal better side, especially as they've lost a coupla key players ... but this season has been a case of not taking anything for granted ...
i reckon a 20-odd point win, and heeney and/or papley having a big day

Was going to the game with football apathetic girlfriend. Has done her back. Probably not gonna be able to go now.

Hope those that can go enjoy Buddy's last Melbourne game
If she's got a bad back, wherever you leave her, she will be there when you get back. Not sure I can see a problem here. 😉

Ticketmaster is saying "unavailable" if I select one GA ticket, but has no issues if I select two. I really don't want to spend the extra $5 on a child ticket i don't need if I can avoid it. As anyone come across this issue? Is it possible to buy a ticket at the gate?

I’d say it will be the same stupid thing I always find buying one seat in that it doesn’t allow you to leave a single empty seat beside you. If you are buying ground level it is likely only seats available might leave a single seat free. So ****ing stupid and discriminatory.

So it turns out if you ring the accessible tickets helpline, they can purchase one for you. I suspect the lady broke company policto do it, though.

Pumped for the game, a few bevvies and feed at the Mail Exchange. Pretty flat put here, it's been a while since I lived in Melbourne. Is it always like this for a Swannies game?

Let's go!

Think that’s where the podcast crew were having their catch-up.
