We should have been rebuilding far earlier. I've said it before but what we're experiencing is the after effects of hanging on to our premiership window (hard to call it that when Scotts couldn't get us a top 4 berth!) for far too long (robbing us of high draft picks and YOUTHFUL trade targets) then having the madness which was the Shaw + Noble years to cap it all off. So instead of having the list rebuilt and contending again in JZ + co's last years we're at our bloody lowest and looking to replace all our veterens AS WELL as having to draft from the bottom up.

But the Hutch on Footy C was saying this repeatedly in 2017/18 and we all ran on to BF to scream him down.

And led ably by oneself of course

It was by no means deliberate when I started it a few weeks ago.

In 2019 we had four rising stars. It was the way Brad did things that set us back before then.

This has been a bug bear for me for a long period of time. There is no way a limited footballer like Kayne Turner would've lasted as long on Richmond or Geelong's list.

If Kayne was at either of those clubs he might have got better coaching and development and might have been a solid role player. Just to train with the likes of Selwood or a Cotchin and be surrounded by winners would bring out your best. I think he would be a better player than the version we have playing under 5 coaches. I think he tries 100% every time I see his out on the field.

True enough and the same could probably said of most of our players, looking forward to significant improvements next season

A bit late shouldn’t we as a club done this 2 weeks back .
The Professional clubs would have done it as they have thing going for them called Ruthlessness as the NMFC haven’t.
If we did have Ruthlessness in our club we wouldn’t be carrying people like the Gavin Browns,Rawlings,McDonald’s,Turners and others that know they would be safe at NMFC as they would be sacked at other clubs by there performances.
Plus we wouldn’t put up with over achieving under achieving B grade players that get big $$$ by coming to our club.
Then we wouldn’t be employing Spin Doctors BS experts like that F:cking piece of garbage like Paul Roos who played the administration like fools and the administration believed his BS bloods culture.
I Just want like every other supporter is that we have a strong club on and off the field with NO MORE BS to the supporters be upfront with us as the supporters love this club but will stop loving it if we treated like fools.
We pay to be members of this club we support this club by attending and buy merchandise on match days we have sat thru the good times of the 70s and 90s thru to what we have gone thru in recent times.
We may not have over 100k members of our club but we have a good core of supporters don’t treat us as fools we may not have the $$$ of the family that have given a few $$$ over the years but we all have given a few $$$ ourselves.
Treat us like them and there hanger ons and they bottom feeders with respect that’s all we ask for.

Right now we're jumping from thread to thread hoping to find something new and exciting .... kinda like going 'round the grounds on the old radio, jumping from 3kz, to 3aw .... f*ck how did we get to 3mp, then to 3xy etc etc and so on and so on and off we go.
