What’s Luko worth?
Contracted
2 X 10 picks?

Already have 3 first Rd picks.

Yep half the comp is desperate for a key forward

Good luck paying up, we’ll have 5 firsts if that’s the case.

Hello Nick Daicos, Sam Taylor, Marcus Bontempelli, Christian Petracca etc etc

Im not super confident on it. He absolutely hates playing in the backline. All it takes is Adelaide or Port offering him the forward line all to himself and we probably lose him.
I don’t think either Port or the Crows would be able to play him forward

Port have Dixon, Lord (Dixon’s replacement), Marshall, MG and a highly rated (internally) kid by the name of Scully.

Crows have Walker, Thilthorpe, Fogerty and will get Walsh through this years draft.

For what Luko will cost, I don’t think Port will tempt it. Port don’t have a 1st and somewhat restricted in trading any future 1st. Crows might though, but they need midfielders.

For what it’s worth, I think he stays at GC.

Firstly I think luko stays. But if he were to want out I would only entertain if it meant we could bring in a ready made A grader. For example we turned luko into shai bolton and we move on, we don't need any draft picks Lombard will be ample for this year.

All based of him saying he prefers to play forward. Fmd asked and answered a question and has to deal with this shit

How many players are we needing to cut at the end of the year for list size
Normal list sizes are 38 main list, 4 Cat A rookies and up to 2 CAT B rookies. We currently have 7 CAT rookies and 1 CAT B. Plus one rookie list spot open. So my guess is we need to cut 4 more spots

Haha poor bloke, sprung!

But i mean I can't believe we are actually at this point as a football club, it has been a bloody long time coming and it's exciting to see us act like an actual afl team.
What would we have to give up for him? I'm sure the Tiges will ask for a first rounder and we do have our own as well as the Bulldogs' first round pick so we can probably pay that price if we feel D.Rioli is worth that. He's contracted until the end of 2027 so that probably does push his price higher than his actual market value.

The Suns linked to a player who isn’t completely passed it or just in it for a million dollar pay day?

Build Hardwick a statue now.

In all seriousness, I highly doubt Rioli comes, but I am now truly convinced that this new era is legit, not just another false dawn. The best I’ve felt about the whole club in a looong time.
