I can't see the tigers drafting another KPP, maybe a ruck in Dodson. West Coast don't really need a tall forward with Waterman and Allen there, Dogs don't need anymore talls with their stocks. Saints need a tall, so it could come down to either Whitlock or Shanahan.

Unless of course, we decide to go left field and draft someone else.

Players still available in height order:

ALEX DODSON (Sturt) Ruck, 17, 203cm

Jacob Molier (Sturt), 201cm Ruck/Forward

Jack Whitlock Murray Bushrangers/Vic Country – RUCK/FWD, 200cm

Kayle Gerreyn West Perth/Western Australia FWD/RUCK, 199cm

Noah Mraz Dandenong Stingrays/Vic Country DEF, 198cm

CHARLIE NICHOLLS (Central District) Key forward,, 197cm

TALLAN ROSENZWEIG (Central District) Key forward, 197cm

Jobe Shanahan, Bendigo key forward, 195cm

CHARLIE WEST (Woodville-West Torrens) Key forward/ruck, 195cm

ANGUS CLARKE (Glenelg) Defender, 188cm

When does the 1st round ever end FFS. We're up to 27 now lol. Geez.

There's only been 1 FS match and 2 Academy matches so far and they added two Norf assistance picks (that had to be traded to other clubs) to round 1, so I can't see why it's gone past pick 23.

Oh, hang on - compo picks for FAs too.

end of 1st round compos or something I assume.

How many players from the SANFL have been drafted so far?
The SANFL needs to give us our zones back, bring back the Port Adelaide footy factory since these other clubs are not developing talent.

I think Dodson and Jack Whitlock definitely go before our pick. Like you said, eagles and dogs don’t really need talls. Saints would ideally pick a mid too. Fingers crossed. I am surprised shanahan has slid this far. Essendon could trade back in to the first pick and take him.

Matt Whitlock crying being the last kid picked up in the first part of the draft is pretty emotional stuff.

But imagine waking up tomorrow knowing you're going to Norf. His planning for a trade out starts now!

Jack be thinking Cry me a river.

Look at Lore's spreasheet and click on Draft Night order and you see that the night has ended after the End of Rd 1 compo picks, so that tomorrow night we start with Round 2.

So we hold the 6th and 11th pick tomorrow night.

Shanahan, Dodson and Jack Whitlock left on the board.

Gotta be a good shot at a KPP tomorrow.

Gerreyn and Mraz as well.

From AFL Live Blog. - Richmond don't need 8 top 30 picks when 7 can do and are gambling next year they will have Norf's pick around top 5 to help with the rebuild. What a bargain!

North Melbourne has taken Matt Whitlock with pick No.27, the last selection of the first round, after trading with Richmond.

In the trade, the Roos got No.27 and the Tigers' future second-round selection in exchange for the Kangaroos' future first-round pick
