If Cripps can improve his kicking substantially, he can definitely be a triple Brownlow medallist.

His got that "handball" down pat, taking inspiration from Oliver has done wonders for himself.

His kicking actually got much better this season. Actually back him more than most of our mids now to deliver, which is sad in itself...

He'll never be elite by foot but yeah.
