You are over selling him a bit, yeah he is a jet but the bloke couldn’t hit the side of a barn when taking a set shot for most of his career, potentially costing us finals. Blaming poor run of form is a cop out, he was in the team when Harley Reid from WC handed it to us or during the Freo loss.

I’m happy to see the back of as many of the 3 amigos as possible. Would have preferred to lose Oliver/Viney first but hey, cest la vie.

Anything closer to a rebuild and I am happy and this does it.

Do you think we utilise him well? I think we are holding him back, put him on a team who plays with speed and I'm sure he'd look even better. I think you're underselling how much Goody ball sucks the enjoyment out of things not just for the fans but for players too. They want to have fun. Teams that score heavily have the sex appeal. That's what Trac wants.

I'm convinced if we sacked the coach this could be salvaged. All his issues pretty much stem from Goody.

This is all very strange. Trac really seems to be pushing this as far as possible without outright saying it publicly. Not sure how he sees this playing out. The notion that he doesn't want to ask for a trade unless he's sure it will get done is a bit of a cop out at this point.

It's gone beyond pushing for change internally for mine, the points about his injury, professional standards, training ground, big crowds etc. Bit all over the shop, nothing really concrete.

Saw Leigh Matthews say something to the effect of Trac's headspace probably isn't right and he really shouldn't be making major decisions about his career right now. Think I agree with that. He might end up making a decision he regrets.

I agree that refreshing the coach could salvage this, especially a strong voice like Buckley or someone to guide him. He seems like a fairly suggestible person and there's probably a bit of truth to what the club said about the advice he's getting from outside the club.

We have had this debate before but Goodie had a crack earlier in the season and the list cooked it.

We don’t have the cattle for a speed fast game because we have over invested in contested beasts who turn like cruise liners and accelerate like a semi who have **** all footy IQ except to bomb it long. Trac included.

Hopefully by flogging off one of these blokes we will get capital to change that.

Yeah, he needs someone new to take charge and hold the place to the same high standards he has for himself, Bucks would absolutely be perfect for him. The issue is that the club is in such a state now that I'm not sure he'd want the job.

Don't think he trusts Goody anymore due to the lies/refusal to face issue, mixed messages and double standards. Gawn being a Goody mouth piece doesn't help. Probably why he thinks a trade is the only option now.
