Allen has been bulking up a bit while hes off, sounds like he will play more of a FF type role with a bit more muscle. Snake has an elite tank so id guess he will be used as more of a link man up and down the ground, while being able to get back deep to take a mark.
Especially while Allen is building match fitness he probably plays more of a stay at home role, just my guess
Please tell me Waterman is nicknamed Snake after the character in The Simpsons.

Good point, I think the trick at the moment is to pick mids that won't see a tag.
I tried that and they’re all just as terrible. Dunkley Steele and Dawson are 3 of the most untaggable and tackle happy players in the game.

Dunkley, Steele, Dawson, Merrett, Gulden, Daicos, Rozee (this week), Bont (next week) should be close to the best midfield you can get in terms of role consistency, high floor and decent ceiling, as well as being difficult to put attention into, but they just aren’t performing

Yeah thats the struggle.

I still don't know what direction to go for trades lol, could still trade Butters considering he'll likely cop the Berry and Windhager tag this week and next week.

Miss out on Merrett however next week I’ll be able to upgrade Powell (probably only to Rozee with the money I roll over). Sad to miss Merrett with his easy run and he will be on the radar for later. This also gives me 22 premos on field next week with no rookies and I’ll have 18 premos and 1 rookie (if a 200k is named) this week.

Probably the one I like most. Brings in my two targets and means I don’t have to look at Powell at the bottom of fanfooty every week. However it means next week I’ll have to do a double downgrade and I’ll have a rookie on field for round 16 (unless I can find someone to bring in around 620k which I doubt). Means I’m playing exactly 18 this week with a rookie.

Means I’ll have a lot of Roos players haha and not sure how I feel diving into Colby straight away. Next week it will be Powell > Caldwell (or Rankine) but that’s missing the easy matchup this week against WCE. Again will be 18 promos (including Colby and Powell) and one rookie this week.

What are everyone’s thoughts? I’m really really stuck

Can't afford Salem. Tossing up between Wardlaw and Hine. Obviously both short term stepping stones. Someone talk me into / out of one or both pls
If McKercher is back may be better to go there ?

More upside than Wardlaw/Hind

Also hoping that McKercher back doesn't ruin Fisher.

No love for Kerch if he's straight back in?
Still have Kerch on my def bench. Waited a couple weeks for a def rook to come along and it didn't and then byes hit and I've been trading out capped out bye players instead whilst monitoring his status

Anyway I'll relook at it and see what else I can do
