We matched the Levi bid with pick 46 and have now ended up with pick 46 after the Marshall bid. What a system.

Optimistically, norf get out of the bottom 4 maybe? Say they give over pick 6-8 for pick 19 before free agency and academy bids happen. Given how many academy players are looking like first rounders next year that pick 19 could quite easily become pick 25/6 or later.

The fun part is when you consider we started the trade period with 18, 56 and 69. We also traded out a future second and Sharp, but got an upgrade on our future third (we have Essendon's).
