Looks like Montana pulled up well after the game and no delayed concussion symptoms. That's great news we really need her out there atm.

Season definitely done now which is disappointing but will help with a better draft pick.

For someone who knows more, is it a proper national draft now and if so what does the pool look like, should we expect a good player to come in with our first pick?

Definitely hope we get a good pick! The standard of the youngsters coming through improves year on year as they have more elite development pathways and have been in the 'system' longer. First rounders mostly ready to go. Players are more ready to go once they have been drafted compared to the AFLM. IMO that's partly because the standard is improving so fast and partly because, on average, women develop/reach maturity physically and emotionally at an earlier age than men.

Honestly need to get a good young key forward. Feels like when we go inside 50 its basically Priv or bust for marking targets. Yes doesn't help that Molloy is out but our secondary Keys when fully fit are Davies, Smith or Hamilton which all feel a little meh in a marking contest

We have a number of pieces missing and that is one of them. Think we should get best available. If it's a KPF, so much the better.

Problem is that we need wingers or KPFs and we have the on ballers required atm in Gardiner Ham Molloy Kennedy Hamilton. So unless they play Molloy as a complete Half forward and Kennedy as a lockdown defender i don't see how a midfielder would really work
