But the ‘things we learned this week’ on AFL.com was that the clear takeaway from the game - obviously - was Lever’s absence for Melbourne. He’s a real 100 point player that Jake Lever.
And First Crack was ready to whip right past us, before Huddo reminded Kingy ‘just quickly something positive for Freo?’ for Kingy to whip out a few cliches in 15 seconds through gritted teeth before moving on.

Of course this is the week there’s no Montagna, and he’s replaced by Dixon (who they probably found wandering around the set of Bounce 5 minutes before going to air) - who would have a hard time differentiating between a Fremantle docker and a bar of soap
