I think he’s the only one BF has interviewed? I loved it at the timeLachie probably knew he was going but the club might not have.
Yea don't drink lager these days except if someone buys it for me.Why is it Lager
The address symbols under the chevrons are the chinese star sign representations of the kids and Mrs D.Stargate tattoo!
Ergh last years one was so good, why did they have to revert to making a basic mans beer
Why is it Lager
It is retro round after all.Yea don't drink lager these days except if someone buys it for me.
That's what I drank when I was in new late teens and early twenties and hadn't developed a taste in beer yet.
Cos any mug brewer can make an IPA. Lager actually takes a bit of skill compared to that rubbish. Why is it Lager
Tell you what. I'll get you a 4 pack of this if you get me a 4 pack of Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewing. You damn aussies teasing me with this. Shame on you. Not cool!
Those labels are freaking awesome. I’d buy a palette load if I could.
Not sure if serious..Cos any mug brewer can make an IPA. Lager actually takes a bit of skill compared to that rubbish.
Lager is mass-produced garbage for people who haven't developed a palate.Cos any mug brewer can make an IPA. Lager actually takes a bit of skill compared to that rubbish.
They're right. Whatever you think of the outputs in terms of flavour, making a proper Lager is a bit tricky as it involves pretty fiddly temperature manipulations and then keeping it near freezing for months. Whereas I believe that making an IPA isn't really any different to any other ale process. Not sure if serious..
because IPAs are more of an acquired taste. Lagers are at least accessibleWhy is it Lager
**** that! When's the album coming out?!?Signs you are getting old: annoyed they picked 3 dudes with long hair for a merchandising shoot. Get a haircut!
... and actually beer rather than fruit drinks. (I'm out of this one now!)because IPAs are more of an acquired taste. Lagers are at least accessible
Maybe I should have put it this way: if you take quality ingredients and equipment as a given, and put aside mass produced and marketed beers, then making a good Larger is harder than making a good Pale Ale.They're right. Whatever you think of the outputs in terms of flavour, making a proper Lager is a bit tricky as it involves pretty fiddly temperature manipulations and then keeping it near freezing for months. Whereas I believe that making an IPA isn't really any different to any other ale process.
Ever had a really good small-scale (somewhere like Eagle Bay would be too big) craft lager? Not sure if serious..
There's a few that have gone that way for sure. They're just as average as most lagers.... and actually beer rather than fruit drinks. (I'm out of this one now!)
Yes.Ever had a really good small-scale (somewhere like Eagle Bay would be too big) craft lager?
