That is for lawyers to argueshouldn't be enough when there's no video evidence
shouldn't be enough when there's no video evidence
As i said, Culley acts first and is the agressor. Fyfe defended and got him highAFL Tribunal: Fyfe, Dockers lose despite ‘perfectly legitimate’ act; Rising Star fancy wins appeal

If that was Cripps, he would be playing this week
Lawyers ! Can’t live without themCripps takes a guy out for 3 weeks - play on
Umm cause he knew he was guiltyI wonder how serious our appeal was when Fyfe didn't even defend himself
Nope . He knows what he did .or he thought it would be an easy and obvious case
yeah, I wouldn't claim to know what another person is thinking.Umm cause he knew he was guilty
That again is upto lawyers .The argument should be that the contact was insufficient force to warrant a report. Free kick, play on.
Women know what mrn are thinking . Just ask wives lolyeah, I wouldn't claim to know what another person is thinking.
That again is upto lawyers .
Seems Freo got second rate lawyers perhaps
Wrong colours and wrong city.Have to be a Navy Blue and a have a silk that is a prominent one around town in Melbourne.I reckon U are right on that one...I don't recall they ever won any appeals for us...
It looked fairly innocuous. Seeing Nat has had surgery on both shoulders he seemed to be just fending off what appeared to be a deliberate bump at speed to his shoulder.Nope . He knows what he did .
He does it often during his career
Did you look at the video I linked toIt looked fairly innocuous. Seeing Nat has had surgery on both shoulders he seemed to be just fending off what appeared to be a deliberate bump at speed to his shoulder.
The reaction of the eagle player was also exaggerated.
I thought the Tribunal had moved to a model where they don't take any evidence from the players, on account of the players tending to give evidence that was not factual. Ranging from "No, your honour, he certainly didn't hit me. This? Oh, my jaw is just wired because ... I needed help managing my diet." to "He absolutely pinched me 400 times."I wonder how serious our appeal was when Fyfe didn't even defend himself
Hire better lawyers Freo ! We a wealthy club !I thought the Tribunal had moved to a model where they don't take any evidence from the players, on account of the players tending to give evidence that was not factual. Ranging from "No, your honour, he certainly didn't hit me. This? Oh, my jaw is just wired because ... I needed help managing my diet." to "He absolutely pinched me 400 times."
And the AFL is even more fixated that appeals only work out on legal technicalities, not anything a player might say about what they did or why, so any sign of Fyfe showing up probably would have counted against him.
