How about giving Kingy kudos for changing his tune?

I think we get too defensive when media say anything bad about us. Besides Xavier Ellis and Ryan Daniels most of the talking heads in the West are Dockers supporters.
How about no. King is a Kretin.

He hasn't really changed his tune. You can tell by the way he adds those caveats whenever he talks about it that not so deep down he thinks Longmuir changed his.

I really enjoyed Mundy’s opinions on how we turned around the season and also Matt Johnson and Jye Amiss. As an aside - it sounds like Freo fans have given up on call back radio in Perth! Are you guys still listening?

Thx heaps for posting the show - it was excellent.
Mundy is an absolute gem - no-one around Freo needs to be reminded - why is he not on our coaching staff???

Someone ask king if North are still closer to a flag

I think we've been burnt too many times with the vitriol from Hackdorn & Hardie. Can't be bothered any more.

Had a random thought

Barring injury, Darcy Tucker would have played every game for us this year

Wonder if he has any regrets going to North or whether the security of a contract has eased it

Just to explain, I reckon Tucker gets first gig for Acres role and he was a solid enough wingman that he would keep playing there

Doubt it. He would've got early games on the wing in place of Hughes early in the season, but I think they would've prioritised getting Johnson and Ras in instead, and keeping NOD in the team.

I'm sure he might have got a go at some stage, but he'd be far from a lock on the wing, even to start.

He played over 100 games here and I struggle to remember even a single game he put in a quality 4 quarter performance in any role. None of his wing appearances stick out to me (better than his half back stuff though).

I agree with s_wd6 in that we'd probably done exactly as we have this year.

I think we have short memories on just how dire our wing spots were like 3 weeks ago

Noddy would have had time to come thru the wafl

Tucker would have the gig ahead of Hughes

He would have played every game
