Both Alabama and Ole Miss have no good arguments because they just needed to win. but both had a bad loss in the first half and a bad loss in November. You want to be in the playoffs then dont lose to Florida or get pumped by Oklahoma both are teams who are only bowling because of those games.

When they entered those games both teams were ranked 7 and 9 by the CFP. They win those games and Indiana and SMU are out. but you cant be a 3 loss team where 2 are horrible losses and sit at home championship weekend and say "we should be in"
Which only makes Alabama getting in even worse.

I was only really comparing the 2 of them together.

Just makes Alabama getting in a farce really.

I edited my post for the reasons i think South Carolina are the best team outside.

Miami had a few lucky wins and the CFP were waiting for them to stumble and miss out, were lucky not to drop more after the Tech loss [which looked better after how Tech played Georgia] but you cant lose to Syracuse in the final game of the year when up 21 early and have all the miscues and bad clock management late in the game. They had their chances to win but blew it over and over.

SEC CHAMPS!!! YOU BEAUTY! WE SUCK MAJOR BALLS AND STILL WON!

**** Sark the horrible whinging campaigner. **** the cry baby sore loser Texas fans. **** McConaughey. **** Sankey the shit campaigner.

It says a lot that fans of the other SEC teams wanted us to win and not Texas

Horns down bitches!!

And Georgia fans wonder why people are cheering for their downfall when they act as classless and obnoxious as peak Saben Alabama.

Doesn't help Kirby is a master at gaslighting. And as good as Urban Myer with ignoring all the off field stuff by his players.

They started off fun and a team to cheer for as they were taking down Bama. Now they are just as bad if not worse.

Nice. That is the best result we could have got, IMO.

I wonder if they went Texas at 5 and Penn State 6 to avoid another potential Georgia/Texas game before the final.

I actually think they've shockingly done a pretty good job here.

I'd quibble over a couple of spots, and while I think 1 team in particular was very lucky, I don't think anyone has a legit grievance for missing out, which suggests it's probably the right 12 teams.

12 is still too many.

I feel like next year they will reseed teams after the 1st round to avoid it being better to lose the conference title like Penn St.

Also i dont feel like a bye is really that good. the first round teams still have 2-3 weeks off before that game then another 2 before the QB. and teams with a bye dont play for a month
